Helena Åhman, International Associate (Skandinavia), Chairmain of the Board of Hunting Minds The founder and Chairman of the Board of Hunting Minds and Business Partner at Eriksson & Associates, Helena Åhman is Doctor of Science in Work Psychology and Master of Science in Education. Helena Åhman is acknowledged leadership team coach and trainer, leadership speaker and researcher. In her doctoral thesis, Åhman examined individual success and leadership in changing organizations. Helena Åhman has also written several books and published research reports on leadership, strategy and leadership team development. She has worked previously as Managing Director at Hunting Minds. Before that she held global responsibility for senior management development at Nokia Networks and worked as HR Manager at Nokia Networks NMS acting also as a leadership team member.
